1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you” or the “User”), and Mycelium Learning Network (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our“), concerning your access to and use of the Mycelium Learning Network website, learning platform, Land Node resources, social features, and any related applications (collectively, the “Service“).
By accessing the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SERVICE AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise indicated, the Service is our proprietary property. All source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Service (collectively, the “Content“), as well as the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (“Marks”), are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
The Content and the Marks are provided on the Service “AS IS” for your information and personal use only. 3. Course Enrollment and Payment
Course Sales: We offer various courses and learning modules for sale through the Service. All purchases made are subject to these Terms and Conditions.
Payment: You agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your purchase, and you authorize us to charge your chosen payment provider for any such amounts.
Refunds: ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Since the courses grant immediate access to proprietary digital content and educational resources, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances once a purchase is completed.
4. User Representations
By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:
You have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
You will not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Your use of the Service will not violate any applicable law or regulation.
5. Prohibited Activities
You may not access or use the Service for any purpose other than that for which we make the Service available. As a user of the Service, you agree not to:
Systematically retrieve data or other content from the Service to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database, or directory without written permission from us.

Decipher, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any of the software comprising or in any way making up a part of the Service.
6. User-Generated Contributions (Social & Learning Platform)
If you post comments, forum posts, or other materials on the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, transferable, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, host, store, copy, reproduce, and distribute your contributions in connection with the Service. Contributions must not be false, inaccurate, or misleading; contain obscene, vulgar, or offensive language; or advocate violence against any government, organization, or person.
7. Service Management
We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to: (1) monitor the Service for violations of these Terms and Conditions; (2) take appropriate legal action against anyone who, in our sole discretion, violates the law or these Terms and Conditions; and (3) otherwise manage the Service in a manner designed to protect our rights and property and to facilitate the proper functioning of the Service.
8. Term and Termination
These Terms and Conditions shall remain in full force and effect while you use the Service. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DENY ACCESS AND USE OF THE SERVICE (INCLUDING BLOCKING LAND NODE ACCESS AND ACCOUNT TERMINATION) TO ANY PERSON FOR ANY OR NO REASON, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION FOR BREACH OF ANY REPRESENTATION, WARRANTY, OR COVENANT CONTAINED IN THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
9. Disclaimer (Provided “AS IS”)
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN AS-IS AND AS-AVAILABLE BASIS. YOU AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE WILL BE AT YOUR SOLE RISK. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICE AND YOUR USE THEREOF, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS ABOUT THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF THE SERVICE’S CONTENT OR THE CONTENT OF ANY WEBSITES LINKED TO THE SERVICE.
10. Limitations of Liability
IN NO EVENT WILL WE OR OUR DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFIT, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions and your use of the Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United States, applicable to agreements made and to be entirely performed within United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
